When you rent a dumpster, the bundled quote includes the costs of delivery, pickup, a rental period, a covered weight limit and disposal fees. Just keep in mind, if you overfill the dumpster or request another container, you will be charged an additional fee that will be invoiced separately. While there's no permit requirement if you place the dumpster on your property, you'll need an Obstruction Permit from the city if the container is within the public right-of-way, like a street or sidewalk. Reach out if you have any questions.
