Easy online ordering for delivery and pickup. Prices and terms of use were very clear and easy to follow. I didn't have to greet or talk to anyone, just load the dumpster. Great feature - using browser satellite photo to "virtually place" where you wanted the dumpster delivered. Good update texts when delivery and pickup were near.
