And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. What information do I need before calling for a dumpster rental?
Be ready to tell us about your project and what materials you'll throw away. We’ll suggest a dumpster and provide tips for loading your specific waste when the container arrives.
Do I need to get a permit before my dumpster delivery?
If your dumpster is on private property, there is no permit. If the container is set on a street or other public land, you’ll need to contact Baltimore County to apply for a permit.
How far ahead should I rent a dumpster?
A dumpster can be delivered within five business days of receiving your order, depending on the containers available at that time. It's best to contact us before your project start date, to make sure that the container arrives when you need it.
How long is the dumpster rental period?
Our dumpsters come with a 7-10 day rental period. Requests for pickup after your rental period ends may result in an extension fee.
How can I keep from overfilling my dumpster?
To ensure you don’t overfill the container, we suggest filling it to around six inches from the top of the dumpster. You'll also want to keep your weight limit in mind, as the bin may not be filled to the top before you reach your limit. It depends on the materials you're tossing.
