When you reach out to place an order, we'll share these details so you know what's going to be on your invoice. Please keep in mind that if you overfill the dumpster or toss a prohibited item, you may be charged an additional fee.

A permit is typically required if the container is placed on the street, sidewalk or anywhere that is not private property. Reach out to the city of Cleveland's Public Works Department to apply for a permit. Depending on where you're located, we may need proof of a valid permit before we can deliver your container or require the permit to be displayed on the dumpster while in use.
