FAQs
What are your hours?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. but these hours can vary if there is a national holiday. You can order online to rent a dumpster outside of business hours.
Can I request an exact delivery date?
Yes, you can request an exact delivery date. Just keep in mind our inventory at the time of your order determines if we can accommodate your request. We recommend getting in touch a few days before your desired delivery date to ensure we'll have a container when you need it.
When am I charged for my dumpster rental?
We'll invoice you upfront for the dumpster at the time of your order. This price bundles the costs of delivery, pickup, a rental period and weight limit, which allows you to budget for the rest of your project. You'll only receive a second invoice if there are any additional fees.
What is a dumpster permit?
A dumpster permit allows you to put a container in a public area, like a street or alleyway. Reach out to the city of Daytona Beach to apply for a Right-of-Way Permit. You won't need a permit if you put the dumpster in your driveway.
Where does my trash go?
The Tomoka Landfill, located at 1990 Tomoka Farms Road, is where we take the majority of your trash.
Why can't I toss paint?
Wet paint can't go in our dumpster due to staining concerns, but dry latex paint wrapped in a plastic bag is allowed. You can also get rid of old paint by dropping it off at a local recycling site.
What is the most popular dumpster size?
The 20 yard roll off dumpster is our most commonly rented size. It can accommodate a range of projects and accepts most debris, from household junk to heavy debris like concrete.
Is a dumpster good for community cleanups?
A dumpster is a good option when you have a large amount of people tossing debris at once. We're dedicated to supporting communities and helping to keep them clean.
