Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
Permits are only required if you place the dumpster in the street or other public right-of-way. For driveway placement, no permit is required. If you need a permit, contact Milwaukee's Permit & Development Center to get started on a Use of Public Way Permit. You'll need to send us a copy before we can deliver the container, and the permit application process can take up to five days.
What can I expect after I order?
Your dumpster will be dropped off on your scheduled delivery date. Exact times can vary, but there’s no need for you to be present.
