What are the steps to rent a dumpster?
When you reach out to rent a dumpster, let us know what you're tossing so we can help you choose the right container. Then, set up a delivery date that works with your schedule and load up your debris when the container arrives. When you're done cleaning up, simply schedule a pickup online to get rid of your debris ASAP.
What is the dumpster delivery window?
We try to get a container to you within five business days. Our delivery dates depend on the containers we have available when you order. To ensure you get your bin on time, we recommend reaching out a few days before your project's start date.
Why do dumpster prices vary?
Dumpster rental rates are determined by the materials you toss, the length of your rental period and the container size you select. Don't worry — we bundle the costs into one straightforward price so you can budget efficiently.
What is not allowed in my dumpster?
We don't allow flammable, toxic or hazardous waste in our containers for your safety and the safety of the environment. There may be additional restrictions depending on the container you rent, but we'll go over any specific restrictions when you order.
Where does dumpster's trash go?
We take the majority of Oklahoma City waste to the Oklahoma Landfill, located at 7001 South Bryant Avenue. We may also take it to the Spencer Landfill.
Do I need to get a permit from the city?
A permit is usually required if you want to place the container on a public right-of-way, like the street or sidewalk. Contact Oklahoma City's Public Works Department to apply for a Work Zone permit. You won't need a permit if you place the bin on your property.
How can I avoid overage charges?
The easiest way to avoid an overage fee is to not overfill your dumpster. When you order, we'll help you choose the right size dumpster to handle your debris and provide you with a covered tonnage. Please note that the landfill typically charges a set rate per ton if you exceed the weight limit, which we'll bill you in a separate invoice.
Do I need to be on site when you deliver the dumpster?
No, our drivers will use the detailed placement instructions you provided at the time of your order to drop-off the bin right where you want it — even if you can't be there. Just remember to clear the area of any obstructions like branches, cars or basketball hoops.
