How do I get a dumpster delivered?

Do I have to stay for container pickup?
You don't have to be home for pickup. Let us know when your project is done and we'll haul it away. Just make sure there are no obstructions, like parked cars or low-hanging tree branches, blocking access to the dumpster.
Can I throw out old glue?
No, adhesives, like glue or epoxy, can't go in our containers because they may stick to the side of the bin or cause other materials to stick together.
Do I need to get a permit?
Permits are based on dumpster placement. When you put the container on your property, there is no permit required. If the bin is going in a public area, like a street or sidewalk, you need to contact the City of Portsmouth to apply for a permit.
Do I need to know the weight of my material?
