How soon can I schedule a dumpster delivery?
You can get a dumpster within five business days of placing an order. The exact time depends on your location and inventory at the time you request a bin, but we try to get you your dumpster as soon as possible. Be sure to contact us ahead of your project's start date to ensure you get a container when you need it.
What's included in my rental bill?
You're billed a final invoice that includes the costs of delivery, pickup, disposal, landfill fees, your rental period and a generous weight tonnage. This will match the upfront, bundled quote you received when when setting up your order unless you've extended your service dates, tossed prohibited items or overfilled your dumpster.
Do dumpster rentals require a permit?
A permit is typically required if the bin is placed in a public area like a street or sidewalk. Reach out to San Bernardino to apply for an Encroachment Permit if you cannot place the dumpster on your property.
Where do you empty a full dumpster?
Trash in San Bernardino is emptied at many landfills in the area, particularly the California Street Landfill, located at 2151 Nevada Street in Redlands. Other nearby landfills include the Mid-Valley Sanitary Landfill and the San Timoteo Landfill.
Why can’t I put food waste in my dumpster?

Could I be charged an overage fee?
You may be charged an overage fee if you overfill the dumpster. We advise keeping your debris about six inches below the top of your dumpster to help avoid an overfilling fee. However, keep your weight limit in mind. Heavier debris could cause you to exceed your limit even if you haven't filled the bin to capacity.
