FAQs
What does my dumpster price include?
When you rent a dumpster, the bundled quote includes the costs of delivery, pickup, a rental period, a covered weight limit and disposal fees. Just keep in mind, if you overfill the dumpster or request another container, you will be charged an additional fee that will be invoiced separately. If you have questions, don't worry — we can go over everything when you reach out to order by phone.
Do I need a permit to rent a roll off dumpster in St. Paul?
While there's no permit requirement if you place the dumpster on your property, you'll need an Obstruction Permit from the city if the container is within the public right-of-way, like a street or sidewalk. Reach out if you have any questions.
What can I expect after I order?
Expect your dumpster to arrive on the scheduled day, but keep in mind that delivery times can vary. Clear the area in advance to give the driver room to safely drop off the container. For any updates to your order, head to our Service Dashboard.
Is any debris prohibited in St. Paul?
No matter where you're located, you can't toss flammable, hazardous or toxic materials in your dumpster. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the item, and you'll find those details in your service agreement. For more information, view our full list of prohibited items or reach out with questions.
