How am I billed for my dumpster rental?
When you order a dumpster, you'll receive an invoice detailing the costs of your rental, which cover delivery, pickup, a rental period and a covered weight limit. Keep in mind that if you toss a prohibited item or request an additional container, you will be charged additional fees.
Do I need a permit to put a dumpster in my driveway?
No, you don't need a permit to place a bin on your property. A permit is typically only necessary if you put the bin on a public right-of-way. Reach out to Shoreview's Public Works Department for more information.
Will my delivery driver have my contact information?
Yes, our drivers will have your number in case they need to reach out for any delivery or pickup-related issues. If you'd like a call when your dumpster is on the way, please let us know when you place your order.
Is there anything that is unsafe to put in my dumpster?
Yes, any flammable, toxic or hazardous item is prohibited from your dumpster. Unsafe items must be separated from other debris for environmental and safety reasons.
How do I prep my dumpster for severe weather?
We recommend covering your dumpster with a heavy tarp and securing the corners with rope to help keep moisture out during adverse weather. You can also place down plywood before your bin arrives to prevent the dumpster from sinking into the ground.
