Is it easy to rent a dumpster?
Renting a dumpster is simple with help from our team, no matter what you're working on. Tell us what you're tossing and we'll help you select the right size container for your debris. Choose where you'd like the container placed and we'll deliver it within five business days — no need to be there when it arrives. Load it at your own pace and reach out when you're ready for pickup.
How many days does it take to get a dumpster?
We can usually deliver your dumpster within five business days of placing your order. However, we'll let you know our earliest drop-off date when you order, which is based on your exact location and our inventory at the time. We recommend ordering a bin a week before your project's start date to ensure timely delivery.
What is included in my dumpster rate?
Your dumpster rental rate covers the costs of delivery, pickup, local facility taxes, a rental period and covered weight limit. We'll share these details with you when you reach out for a quote. Please keep in mind that overfilling the dumpster or keeping it longer than expected will cause additional fees.
Should I apply for a permit for street placement?
You will need a permit if your dumpster is blocking a public street, sidewalk or alleyway. Visit the city of Stockton's website to find out more on how to apply for an Encroachment Permit. Consider placing your dumpster on private property if you want to avoid having to obtain a permit.
Where does my trash go?
Much of Stockton's trash is taken to Forward Landfill, located at 9999 South Austin Road in Manteca.
What happens if I toss a prohibited item?
Tossing a prohibited item will result in a failed trip fee. If we pick the dumpster up without knowing about the item, the landfill can charge a contamination fee wich will result in a separate invoice for the charge. Don't worry though, we'll review this when you set up your order.
Do I need to be on-site when you deliver the dumpster?
No. We'll take detailed delivery instructions when you order so that we can deliver your dumpster, even if you aren't around. Please just ensure there are no obstructions, like objects or low-branches, where you would like the container placed.
