Can I place a dumpster order after business hours?
Yes, you can place an order online after regular business hours. It's a straightforward process that lets you finalize a dumpster rental order in minutes. If you have any questions, feel free to call us at 918-932-2861 during normal business hours.
Can I give exact directions on where to my place my dumpster?
Yes, we'll note your placement instructions so your bin is placed right where you want it. Please remember to keep that area clear of obstructions, like cars, basketball hoops and low-hanging branches, on your delivery day so that we can complete delivery.
Do I pay upfront for my dumpster or when my rental period ends?
You will be expected to pay for your dumpster at the time of your order. Then, an invoice will be sent to you via email to confirm your purchase and it includes the details of your cost. This rate combines delivery, pickup, facility fees, a rental period and a covered weight limit into one price, allowing you to confidently budget for the rest of your project.
Do I need a permit to put my dumpster in the street?
Yes, permits are necessary for street placement. You can obtain one by reaching out to the city of Tulsa and applying for an Encroachment Permit. Keep in mind no permit is required if you put the bin on private property.
Where do you take my trash?
The Tulsa Indoor Dump, located at 1150 North Peoria Avenue, is one of the main landfills in the area where your trash may end up.
Is anything unsafe to put in my dumpster?
Anything flammable, toxic or hazardous shouldn't be put in a dumpster. They may cause landfill fires, plus damage to the soil and water surrounding a landfill if they make it past the various checkpoints. We'll talk through any prohibited items at the time of your order.
How long can you rent a dumpster?
We usually give you 7-10 days with your dumpster rental. If you think you'll need more time, please get in touch. We may be able to offer a low, daily rate extension depending on our inventory.
Do I need to know how much my dumpster weights?
Not exactly, just be mindful of your container's weight limit. When you order, we'll recommend a bin size, but you can also use our dumpster weight calculator to get a size estimate. Just make sure you don't overfill the bin, and keep in mind that your debris may add up quickly.
