Great service, great people
We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. Yes, when you reach out to order, our team will ask for detailed placement instructions. That way, you get your container delivered right where you want it.
Is it difficult to get a permit?
No, just reach out to Douglas County on how to obtain a Right-of-Way Permit. Just remember that you only need to apply if you want the dumpster placed in the public right-of-way, like a street. Putting the bin on your property does not require a permit.
Can I rent a dumpster myself?
Yes, just let us know what you're tossing and we'll recommend the right size container, then schedule delivery. When the bin arrives, load up your debris and let us know when you're ready for pickup.
What happens if I damage my dumpster?
You may be charged a fee if you toss items that can stain the inside of a container, like paint. Also, be careful not to toss heavy debris when loading the bin to prevent any denting.
