Our all-inclusive rate covers everything you need for a hassle-free rental experience. We bundle your disposal fees, weight allowance, rental period, transportation costs and all landfill charges into one fair price. You'll know exactly what you're paying for with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
Do Atlantic City dumpster rentals require a permit?
You don't need a permit to keep your dumpster on private property like your driveway or jobsite. However, if we deliver your dumpster to a public street or blocking a sidewalk, you'll need to get a Dumpster Permit from Atlantic City's Engineer Office in advance. We can help guide you through this process when you call in to place your order. Familiar with the process? Ordering online is simple.
What can I expect after I order?
Your dumpster will arrive at any time on the scheduled delivery date. There's no need to be on-site, but make sure the drop-off area is clear of any obstacles. Need to reschedule, order another bin or arrange a pickup? Visit our Service Dashboard to manage your rental with ease.
Are there any materials that can't go in my dumpster?
Most materials can go in our Atlantic City roll off dumpsters, but some prohibited items are never allowed. Electronics like TVs and computers must be recycled and cannot be thrown in a dumpster. Hazardous, toxic and flammable waste is also restricted due to safety and environmental risks.
Certain items in Atlantic City require special handling or may have disposal restrictions. For example, mattresses and box springs must be wrapped in plastic or placed in a mattress bag before pickup. If you're disposing of dirt from a construction site, testing may be required before it can be hauled away. Additionally, some yard waste, such as tree stumps, may be regulated by local guidelines.

Not a smooth experience
My initial problem below was eventually remedied. The dumpster was placed in the wrong location on Friday, they said they would move it on Monday, they showed up to move it on Wednesday morning. When I first called I asked for a 20 foot dumpster. When I described the job I was told I should get a 10 foot, I decided on the 15 because the 10 didn't seem like enough. In the end I definitely needed the 20 foot but to get the 15 foot dumped and returned was an extra $400 so now I have a completely full dumpster and everything else is going in bags. Besides the first person I spoke with who gave me the bad advice and the person who aggressively tried to make me pay for their mistake I spoken to many people at dumpster.com who have been very kind and helpful. If I had gotten the 20 foot dumpster I initially wanted and they had put it in the right place it would have been 5star service but it's been a huge hassle having to call or text multiple times a day for almost a week now. Original post that was eventually remedied: Trying to charge for their mistake. I was supposed to have a dumpster delivered in my driveway. The drivers placed it on the street instead (which I would need a permit for). Parker, from Dumpsters.com is telling me there was a car in the driveway and they had to place it on the street because they need up to 60 feet to place the dumpster. The car is 72 feet away from the end of the driveway. They want to charge me $195 because their drivers put it in the wrong place. The way Parker is communicating with me is belittling. Addendum: the driver who eventually moved the dumpster was awesome and very skilled. He used less than half of my driveway to get it into the right spot.
