What do I need to know to rent a dumpster?
Complete an online order or call 512-646-0262 and tell us what you're tossing. This way, we can help you select a dumpster size, schedule delivery and review your upfront quote. When the bin arrives, work at your own pace and request pickup.
Can my dumpster block the sidewalk?
If you plan to block any walkway, like a sidewalk or street, you'll need to apply for a permit. Contact the city to apply for a Right-of-Way Permit. You don't need a permit to put the bin on your driveway.
Where do you take my dumpster once it’s full?
We take the majority of your trash to the Austin Community Landfill, located at 9900 Giles Lane.
Why don’t landfills accept hairspray?
Hairspray and other aerosol cans are prohibited items and aren't accepted in landfills. For proper disposal, you can drop-off the items at Bastrop County's Household Hazardous Waste Facility.
Do I need to be there during dumpster delivery?
No, it's not necessary for you to be there when the dumpster arrives. Our driver will use the placement instructions you provided at the time of your order to place the bin.
