We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

Am I required to get a permit?
You do need to apply for a Right-of-Way (ROW) Permit from the city of Georgetown when the dumpster is on public land, like a street or sidewalk. There's no permit needed when the bin is on your property.
Can I toss batteries?
You can toss household batteries, like AA, AAA or D in your dumpster. To properly dispose of other battery types, visit one of Austin County's Battery Drop-off Locations.
Do I need to be there when my dumpster is delivered?
No, you aren't required to be present for us to deliver the dumpster. Just make sure the path is clear of obstructions, like low-hanging tree branches, parked cars or toys.
