No, you can rent a dumpster via our online request form if you prefer to complete an online order. Simply call us if you have any questions.
How many days does it take to get a dumpster?
It typically takes up to five business days to receive your dumpster from the time of your order. However, you can request to get a bin sooner and we'll do our best to accommodate you. To ensure you get a container on time, we recommend reaching out before your project's start date.
How does dumpster rental pricing work?
We provide an upfront quote at the time of your order that bundles the costs of drop-off, pickup, a rental period and generous weight tonnage. This way, you can budget efficiently and there are no surprises on your final invoice.
Is the street or driveway better for my dumpster?
We recommend your driveway for easy dumpster placement. Plus, you don't need a permit to put it on your property.
However, you need a permit if you want to place the dumpster in a right-of-way area, such as a street or sidewalk. Contact the city of Chapel Hill for more information.
Where does my trash go?
We take your trash to a couple of landfills in the Chapel Hill area, including the Chapel Hill Landfill, located at Eubanks Road, and the Chatham County Collection Center, 11632 U.S. Highway 15 501 North.
What is not allowed in my dumpster?
Toxic, flammable and hazardous waste is never allowed in the dumpster. Landfills prohibit these items for environmental and safety concerns. If you accidentally toss a prohibited item, please remove it before pickup. Otherwise, you will receive a fee.

A front load dumpster is a square bin with a lid. It's designed to fit behind businesses, like in alleyways, for regular trash service. These bins are for commercial use and are rented on a long-term basis.
