FAQs
What are the steps to rent a dumpster?
You can rent a dumpster in just a few simple steps. Contact us with your project location and what materials need to be tossed. Then, we'll recommend sizes based on the bins in your area, offer an upfront quote, set up delivery and go over placement instructions.
Does the city require that I get a permit?
Yes, if the dumpster is placed on public property, contact Davison County for a permit. There's no permit needed if the bin is on your land.
Can I toss old batteries?
Yes, you can toss household batteries, like AA, AAA or D. To properly dispose of electronic or car batteries, contact the 3RC EnviroStation.
What's an overloading fee?
An overloading fee occurs when the dumpster is overfilled. This can mean items are sticking out the top or hanging over the container edges. To avoid overfilling, we suggest you use the loading door to put the largest items in first or follow our recommendation in renting a larger bin size. However, if you're at the end of your cleanup but still have leftover materials you can't fit in the dumpster, please contact us so we can get you another bin at a new, daily rate.
How is my dumpster picked up?
When you're finished filling the dumpster, just reach out and we'll schedule a day for pickup. Make sure there are no obstructions or materials hanging from the bin edges.
