How soon can I get a dumpster delivered?
Our standard delivery time frame is within five business days after receiving your order. We recommend ordering a few days before your scheduled project start date to ensure we're able to deliver the container when you need it.
How does dumpster rental pricing work?
We take all the costs associated with renting a dumpster and combine them into one upfront rate. This includes fixed prices, like a covered weight limit and rental period, as well as variable rates, like fuel prices and landfill disposal fees.
Do I need a dumpster permit?
You typically need a permit if you plan to place the dumpster in a right-of-way area, such as a public street. Contact the city of Winston-Salem for more information.
Do you take the dumpster to a landfill?

When you set up your order, we ask for detailed placement instructions so we can put the container right where you need it, even if you can't be there. We just ask that there are no obstructions in the delivery location or it could delay drop-off.
Will you automatically pick up my dumpster at the end of my service date?
No, you'll need to reach out for pickup when you're ready for collection. We can be reached via phone or online pickup request to get you on the collection schedule. Keep in mind that we may not be able to do same-day pickup requests, so it's best to reach out a day or two before your rental period ends to get on the schedule.
