When should I rent a dumpster?
We recommend reaching out a few days before your project begins to ensure the bin arrives when you want it to. We can usually get you a bin within five business days, depending on the available containers at the time of your order.
Do I pay upfront for my dumpster or when my rental period ends?
We will invoice you for the dumpster at the time of your order. This rate combines the costs of delivery, pickup, facility fees, a rental period and a covered weight limit in one price, allowing you to confidently budget for the rest of your project.
Can my dumpster block the sidewalk?
Your dumpster can only block the sidewalk or another right-of-way with a permit from the city. Reach out to the city of Cleveland Heights for more information. You won't need a permit if you put the container on your property.
How does the landfill know if there are prohibited items in my dumpster?
When your dumpster is taken to the landfill or transfer station, it's dumped and sorted. Employees will discover any prohibited items at that time. Don't worry — we'll walk through any restricted materials at the time of your order so you can confidently toss your debris.
