We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

Do I have to call to rent a dumpster?
No, you can request a dumpster via our online ordering form if you prefer. Just call us at 210-774-6045 if you have any questions — we're here to help.
Will a dumpster fit in my driveway?
We have a variety of dumpster sizes that will fit in most driveways. If the container does not fit in your driveway, you can always choose the place the bin on the street with the appropriate permits from the city.
How does bundled pricing work for dumpster rentals?
At the time of your order, we'll provide an invoice that bundles the costs of delivery, pickup, local facility fees, a rental period and weight limit. Just keep in mind that additional fees may be charged if you toss a prohibited item or go over the weight limit.
Is it difficult to get a permit?
No, reach out to Castroville's Permit and Development Department for more information on obtaining a permit. Keep in mind you don't need a permit if you place the dumpster in a public right-of-way, like a street or sidewalk. You won't need a permit to put the container on your property.
Where can I find what isn’t allowed in my dumpster?
