We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

How do I rent a roll off dumpster?
Tell us what you're tossing so we can recommend the right dumpster size for your debris. Schedule delivery and when the dumpster arrives, get to work. Once you're finished, reach out to let us know so we can come for pickup.
How far ahead should I rent a dumpster?
We recommend reaching out to rent a dumpster a few days before your project starts. We try to get you a bin within five business days, but that timeline can change depending on seasonal demand.
Do I need to get a permit from the city?
You will only need a permit if you put the dumpster in a public area, like a walkway or street. Reach out to Universal City for more information on how to apply for a Right-of-Way Permit. You won't need a permit if you place the bin on your property.
What are prohibited items?
Prohibited items are things that are not accepted in our dumpsters for safety and environmental reasons. These materials are anything that is considered flammable, toxic or hazardous. Don't worry — we'll go over any unaccepted materials when you reach out to order.
Can I toss batteries in my dumpster?
Alkaline batteries, like A, AAA, C or D batteries, are allowed in our dumpsters. Any other batteries, like lithium or car batteries, are prohibited from our dumpsters since they can leak harmful chemicals. We recommend taking these to a local recycler for safe disposal.
