Remodeling
I used the dumpster to clean out my basement to have it remodeled. It was the perfect size and loved how the back opened up so could put heavier things in first. Thank you

How soon can I get a dumpster delivered?
We'll typically deliver a dumpster within five business days of placing your order. However, the exact delivery date depends on the containers we have available when you call. We recommend reaching out ahead of time to ensure you get the dumpster size you need.
How are dumpster prices determined?
Our dumpster prices are determined by a number of factors that can cause the cost to vary, including:
Location: Fuel costs, landfill prices and local disposal regulations can affect pricing.
Debris Type: Some materials cost more to dispose of than others, particularly if there are recycling or sorting regulations in your region.
Availability: Dumpster demands vary throughout the year, which can impact current prices.
Rental Period: Generally, rental periods are 7-10 days. If you need the container longer, reach out to see what the daily rate is for each additional day.
Weight: Our bundled rates include a set weight limit for your rental. This means you don't have to know the exact weight of your debris when you call to place an order.
Facility Fees: Facilities have a number of potential charges that range from local taxes to special debris disposal fees.
Do I need any permits to rent a dumpster?
Yes, you need to acquire a residential dumpster permit from the City of Seattle if you need to place the container in a right-of-way, like the street. For information about guidelines and fees, visit the city's website.
Where does my dumpster's trash go?
There are a number of landfills around the Seattle area. The North Seattle Transfer Station, 1350 North 34th Street, and South Seattle Transfer Station, 130 South Kenyon Street, are two commonly used facilities.
Is any debris prohibited in Seattle?
While you can throw away most common items and construction debris in our dumpster rentals, some materials are restricted from the landfill. We never accept flammable, toxic or hazardous wastes due to environmental and safety concerns. Certain items must be handled separately using special processes and equipment, resulting in additional fees. Don't worry. We'll go over any specific notes with you when you place your order.
Our range of dumpster types are ideal for a variety of debris types, including:
To learn more about prohibited items, give us a call at 206-455-9341.
What size dumpster should I rent?
The size you need depends on the type and amount of debris you toss. Our most rented dumpster size is a 20 yard roll off container. This size is great for a wide range of projects and accepts most waste types. Plus, it has dimensions small enough to fit in an average driveway.
How am I invoiced for my dumpster?
You’ll receive an invoice via email. The price will be the bundled rate that combines delivery, pickup, disposal, local taxes and a covered weight limit into one price. If you toss a prohibited item, exceed the weight limit or anything else that results in a fee, you'll receive a second invoice in your email detailing those charges.
