Great service, great people

And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. How should I load the dumpster?

Do I need to mark the driveway?

Does the city require me to get a permit?
