FAQs
How do I get a dumpster?
Simply reach out to let us know what materials will be tossed and your project location. We'll find bins in your area, recommend a size and offer an upfront rental quote.
Do I need a permit from the city?
When the dumpster is placed on public property, like a street or alleyway, you will need to apply for a permit with the City of East Bend. You don't need a permit when the bin is on your property.
What's covered in a tow fee?
If the dumpster is on soft ground, it may sink while you fill it. A tow fee covers the cost of having it towed out before pickup. To avoid a tow fee, we suggest placing the container on a sturdy surface, like a driveway.
Do I need to be there at delivery?
No, you aren't required to be present at delivery. Just make sure there are no obstructions, like low-hanging tree branches, parked cars or basketball hoops.
How should I load the dumpster?
First, use the loading door to walk in the largest items. Then, throw in your medium-sized junk and fill the gaps with the smallest debris. This method will make sure you get the most out of the dumpster space. Make sure there are no materials hanging over the edges of the bin.
