We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

How do I get a dumpster?

Do I need a permit from the city?
When the dumpster is placed on public property, like a street or alleyway, you will need to apply for a permit with the City of East Bend. You don't need a permit when the bin is on your property.
What's covered in a tow fee?
If the dumpster is on soft ground, it may sink while you fill it. A tow fee covers the cost of having it towed out before pickup. To avoid a tow fee, we suggest placing the container on a sturdy surface, like a driveway.
Do I need to be there at delivery?
