We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

How do I get a dumpster?
Get a dumpster through our online ordering process or contact us by phone at 816-895-6505. Let us know where your project is and what you're tossing. We'll show you the dumpster sizes in your area and our delivery availability. Once the bin arrives, toss your waste and reach out when you're ready for pickup.
What's a good way to load the container?
Use the loading door to walk the largest items in first. Then, toss your medium-sized materials and fill in the gaps with the smaller junk last. This way, you can make the most of the dumpster space.
Does the city require me to get a permit?
You need to apply for a Dumpster Permit if the bin is in the public right-of-way, like a street or alleyway. When the dumpster is in your driveway, there's no permit needed.
What's covered in a tow fee?
Sometimes a bin can sink if it isn't placed on a solid surface, like a driveway. A tow fee covers the cost of having the bin towed out before pickup. To avoid this, we suggest setting your dumpster somewhere sturdy.
