We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

Does the city require me to get a permit?
The City of Overland Park requires you to get a Right-Of-Way Permit when your bin is on public property, like a street or alleyway. If the dumpster is on your land, there's no permit needed.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
No, you don't need to be present at delivery. We will drop-off the container, even if you aren't home — our drivers use the detailed placement instructions you provide at the time of your order. Just be sure the path is clear of obstructions, like toys, parked cars and low-hanging branches.
What if I need a second container?
