FAQs
Can I mix landscaping debris with remodeling waste?
Each landfill decides what materials they'll accept. We ask what you're tossing at the time of your order to make sure you get the right dumpster. This allows us to plan ahead for disposal by selecting a landfill that will accept your waste and ensure you aren't throwing out unaccepted items.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. To place an order outside business hours, you can order online.
Should I remove prohibited items from my dumpster?
Yes, removing prohibited items will ensure we can pick up the dumpster on time. We may not be able to take the bin if the item isn't removed, resulting in a failed trip fee. Or, the landfill may charge a contamination fee if you toss an item without our knowledge. Don't worry — we'll go over any prohibited items at the time of your order.
Should I rent a dumpster for my contractor?
Talk to your contractor about the job and what they're tossing before renting a dumpster. If your contractor ends up with more debris than expected, a dumpster is a great cleanup option. Our rates make it easy to manage your budget so you can plan ahead for waste removal.
What city department do I need to contact for a dumpster permit?
Reach out to the city of Lancaster's Engineering Department to get a Right-of Way Permit. Just keep in mind you only need a permit if you place the bin on a street or sidewalk. You won't need a permit to put the dumpster in your driveway.
