Great service, great people
We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

FAQs
Can I request an exact delivery time?
You can request a delivery time when you order and our team will make a note of it. However, we can't guarantee exact times since our routes are optimized for fuel efficiency and may change if a transfer station informs us they are diverting service.
What are your hours?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. If you want to place an order outside business hours, you can get in touch via our online ordering form.
How am I invoiced for my dumpster?
We'll send your invoice via email. The quote will include the bundled costs of delivery, pickup and disposal so you can confidently budget for the rest of your project. If you toss a prohibited item or anything else that results in a fee, you'll receive a second invoice detailing those charges. Give us a call with any questions or concerns 614-629-9922.
Can I put regular trash in my dumpster?
We don't recommend using your dumpster to toss regular household trash. It can attract pests and may cause someone in your home to accidentally toss a prohibited item, which may result in a contamination fee.
Do I need a permit to put a dumpster in my driveway?
No, you won't need a permit for placement in your driveway. If you need to put the dumpster in the street, apply for a Permit to Occupy Right-of-Way with the Westerville Engineering Department.
