What are the steps to rent a dumpster?
Get in touch by phone or online and select a dumpster size. We'll get you on our delivery schedule and provide an upfront, bundled quote for your rental. When the bin arrives, get to work tossing debris and let us know when it's time for pickup.
Why am I given a delivery date instead of an exact time?
Pickup delays, lines at the landfill and traffic conditions factor into our daily schedules, which is why we can't share a specific time. However, our drivers will use your detailed placement instructions to drop the bin off where you'd like, even if you can't be there when it arrives. Just make sure the area is clear of obstructions for seamless delivery.
What is included in my dumpster rate?
Your quoted price covers the costs of delivery, pickup, facility fees and a rental period. If you toss an unaccepted item, overload your dumpster or keep the container longer than the rental period, you may receive an additional fee.
Can I place my dumpster on the street?
You need a permit from the Worthington Department of Service & Engineering if your dumpster blocks any public sidewalks, roads or alleys. If you keep the dumpster on your property, you don't need a permit.
What items are allowed in a dumpster?
