Schedule Pickup When You're Ready

When your project is finished, use the Service Dashboard to request your dumpster pickup.

  • We won’t pick up your dumpster until you ask us to, unless local permit or city regulations require it.
  • We’ll send friendly reminder texts and emails throughout your rental so you don’t forget to schedule.

If we don’t hear from you for several weeks after your rental period ends, we’ll automatically remove your dumpster so you don’t keep getting charged daily rental fees.

Submit Your Request as Soon as Possible

The earlier you request pickup, the more likely we'll be able to pick up your dumpster on your preferred date. We can't guarantee same-day or next-day pickup requests.

Keep an Eye on Your Rental Period

Make sure your requested pickup date falls within your rental period. Pickup after your rental period ends may result in additional daily fees.

Make Sure the Site Is Accessible

Before pickup, move vehicles and other items that could block the dumpster or the driver's path. If you have a gate, make sure it's unlocked.

Check for Overfilled or Overloaded Dumpsters

If the container has items sticking out the top or it’s too heavy when the driver arrives, a trip fee may apply and the pickup may need to be rescheduled.

How to Prepare for Pickup

  1. Close and lock the dumpster door.
  1. Remove tarp, if used. Drivers will not remove the tarp for you.
  1. Double check for prohibited items.
  1. Check that debris is level with or below the dumpster’s fill line.
