You only need a dumpster permit if the container is placed on the street, sidewalk or any location that is not private property. In these instances, the dumpster permit usually must be obtained prior to placing your order. Contact the Town of Oyster Bay to complete an application.
Same-day and next-day services are available depending on inventory. Typically, if you place your order by 12 p.m., we can accommodate same-day delivery and next-day delivery if you contact us by 1 p.m. We recommend calling to schedule service a few days prior to your project start date to ensure the container arrives when you need it.
