Great service, great people
We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

FAQs
Should I rent a dumpster for my contractor?
It's a good idea to talk to your contractor about the job and what they're tossing before renting a dumpster. If your contractor ends up with more waste than expected, a dumpster is great to help with the cleanup. Our rates make it easy to manage your budget so you can plan ahead for waste removal.
Can I choose which side of the driveway my dumpster goes on?
Yes, our team will take detailed placement instructions when you order so your dumpster is placed where you want it. Just make sure the area is clear of any obstructions, like cars, tree branches or overhead wires, to ensure seamless delivery.
When do I need a dumpster permit?
If you plan on placing your dumpster in a public walkway, like a street or alleyway, you need to apply for a permit with the Department of Planning. This permit is required before the container is delivered. However, you don't need one to place a dumpster on your property.
What is a tow fee?
If you decide to place the dumpster on soft ground, it may sink into the yard once you fill it. If this occurs, there will be a charge to pull it out. Don't worry, we'll work with you to find the best spot for the bin to reduce the chances of this happening.
What happens if I toss a prohibited item?
If our hauler is made aware of the prohibited item, we may not be able to take your bin until you remove it, which can result in a failed trip fee. If our driver is unaware of the item and picks up the dumpster before it's removed, you'll likely be charged a contamination fee by the landfill.
