We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

Can I toss yard waste?
Yes, you can throw away yard waste, but some materials may be prohibited. Cities often have their own environmental regulations, so it's best to get in touch with our team so they can recommend the best dumpster for your cleanup.
Can I place a dumpster order after business hours?
You can order a dumper outside of business hours by submitting an online quote request. Just let us know what size you think you'll need, what you're tossing and a few other details and we'll get your request processed ASAP.
Should I reach out when I'm finished using the dumpster?
Yes, since we won't collect the dumpster until you tell us you're done using it. Please note that keeping the bin past your rental agreement can result in an additional fee.
Am I allowed to have a dumpster in my driveway?
A driveway is preferred for dumpster placement since you don't need a permit. However, if you can't block your driveway or it's too small, you can place the bin on a street or sidewalk with a Right-of-Way Permit from University City.
Does a dumpster rental include disposal fees?
Yes, we'll share a bundled rate that covers the costs of delivery, pickup, a generous weight limit and disposal charges when you rent a dumpster.
