Great service, great people
We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

No, you don't need to be around for drop-off. When you order, share where you want the dumpster over the phone or using our OnPoint technology. This way, we can deliver the bin to your desired location. Just make sure the area is clear of obstructions, like branches or overhead wires.
What are the steps to rent a dumpster?
Get in touch by phone at 314-899-5980 to start the rental process. Detail your project location and what will be tossed. We'll recommend the right dumpster and offer an upfront, bundled quote, so you can complete your order.
Can I request an exact delivery date?
Yes, you can request an exact delivery date. Just remember that our delivery timelines change based on container availability, so it's best to reach out a few days before your project begins.

Can my dumpster block the sidewalk?
If you apply for a right-of-way permit, you can put a dumpster on the sidewalk. Just reach out to the Engineering Department to get a permit before delivery. You don't need a permit to put the container on your property.
