Great service, great people
We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

Do I have to call to rent a dumpster?
No, you can request a quote online in a few clicks, day or night. Just share what you're tossing and we'll find a local dumpster for you. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us at phone number during regular business hours.
Should I mark my delivery location?
We take placement instructions at the time of your order, so there's no need to mark your delivery spot. However, if you would prefer to mark the location, use cones or plywood. Either way, ensure the area is clear of obstructions, like toys or cars, for seamless service.
Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
You'll only need a permit if you plan to put a dumpster in a public area, like a street or sidewalk. Get in touch with Arnold's Community Development Department to start the process. You don't need a permit to place the bin in your driveway.
What is a wait fee?
You'll receive a wait fee if our driver has to wait to deliver or pick up the container. This includes waiting for you to remove obstacles, offload debris or finish filling the dumpster.
Can I throw out fluorescent lightbulbs?
No, fluorescent lightbulbs are a prohibited item because they contain small amounts of mercury. Many landfills refuse these lightbulbs or require them to be recycled properly.
