We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

When you order, our team will go over the terms of your rental, including your rental period, permitted debris, how to fill your dumpster and more. To avoid any issues or additional fees, be sure to only toss permitted items, don't overfill your dumpster and schedule your final pickup before the end of your rental period. If you have any questions, just reach out to our team.
When can I expect my dumpster to be delivered?
We try to get you a dumpster within five business days of placing your order. When you reach out, we'll let you know our earliest drop-off date. However, we recommend getting in touch a few days before your project begins so you get a container on time.
Should I rent a dumpster for this project?
Having a dumpster nearby can be helpful for any home project, whether you're decluttering a spare room or creating a nursery. Start by sharing project details so we can suggest a bin and schedule delivery. Load the dumpster as you work and reach out for pickup when you're finished.
When do I need a permit?
A permit is necessary if you block a public walkway, like a street or sidewalk. Reach out to Maryland Heights to apply for a Conditional Use Permit. You don't need a permit to place the dumpster on your property.
If I get a fee, how am I charged?
All fees are billed as they occur. However, you can expect a 2-10 week delay if you incur an overage charge at the landfill.
