FAQs
How do I rent a dumpster for junk removal?
Reach out to our team and tell us what you're tossing so we can help you select a container size. Then, choose a delivery date and make sure your drop-off site is clear. When the bin arrives, load it as you work and tell us when you're done.
How should I prep my driveway for delivery?
Make sure your driveway is clear of any obstructions or debris, like cars or tree branches. If you would like to clearly mark your delivery location, use cones or place plywood, which can help protect your driveway.
What happens if I need to toss heavy debris?
While we accept most heavy debris in our containers, reach out first to tell us what type of material you're tossing. This way, we'll recommend the best bin to fit your waste.
When do I need a permit for my dumpster rental?
Dumpster rentals need a Right-of-Way Permit from the city if you place the bin in a public area, like a sidewalk. You don't need a permit if you place the container on your property.
What happens if somebody else tosses trash in my dumpster?
You will be charged a contamination fee if the item isn't removed prior to your pickup date. Items to look for are hazardous, toxic and flammable debris, plus food and animal waste. We recommend covering your dumpster with a tarp or sheet to discourage strangers from tossing prohibited items.
