Great service, great people
We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

FAQs
What should I know before renting a dumpster?
Our goal is to make renting a dumpster as simple as possible so you don't need to know any super specific information, like your collective trash's weight or precisely how much you're tossing.
We'll ask a few questions to get the information we need, which helps us recommend the container size for you so it holds the specific materials you're tossing.
Learn more about our ordering process and how to prepare for your roll off dumpster delivery with our guide to renting dumpsters.
How soon can I get a dumpster delivered?
We usually deliver your dumpster within five business days of receiving your order. However, the exact delivery timeline depends on if the dumpster you need is available. We recommend scheduling service a few days prior to your project’s start date to ensure the container will be ready when you need it.
What factors determine my price?
Regardless of where you need service, debris type, container size, the rental period and your weight limit will always factor into your final price. Other costs that vary by location include container availability, local facility processing fees and area fuel expenses.
Is any debris prohibited in Pasadena?
Hazardous waste is never allowed in our dumpsters. This includes anything flammable or toxic. Please reach out to your local government to find out if there are any household hazardous waste collection days where you can take items like batteries, solvents and cleaning supplies.
To find out more about what can and can't go in a dumpster, give our team a call at 713-574-6883 or check out our prohibited items page.
Do I need a dumpster permit?
For driveway placement or delivery on private property, no permit is needed. Permits are usually only necessary if you want to place the container in a public right-of-way, like the street or sidewalk. Contact the city of Pasadena for more information on what permit you may need.
What's the difference between a front load and a roll off dumpster?
Roll off dumpsters are for temporary use, usually to clean up from a big construction project or a home cleanout. They're rectangular in shape with an open top.
Front load bins are the kind you'd typically see at a fast food restaurant or corner drug store. They're square in shape with a hinged top cover. They are a permanent trash solution, meaning a truck will come and collect the trash, leaving the empty container behind.
