FAQs
Do I have to be there for my dumpster delivery?
No, we take detailed placement instructions at the time of your order so our drivers can place the bin right where you want it.
How do I get a permit for a dumpster rental at my house?
A permit is only necessary if you choose to put the bin in a public area, like a street or sidewalk. Reach out to the Fairview Heights Public Works Department for more information on obtaining the proper permits for your dumpster rental.
You don't need a permit if you put the bin on your property.
Will I be charged if there is prohibited debris in my dumpster?
If you toss any items that are toxic, hazardous or flammable, you will be charged an additional fee. Don't worry, we'll go over any unaccepted items at the time of your order so you can avoid these charges.
I’m a homeowner. What size dumpster do I need?
Our roll off dumpsters are temporary bins used for a variety of cleanouts and renovations. A small 10 yard dumpster is great if you’re cleaning out a spare bedroom, while large home cleanouts and demolition jobs may require a 40 yard container. We’ll help you determine how much dumpster volume you need to get the job done.
What happens if I damage my dumpster?
You may be charged a fee if you toss items like wet paint that stain the inside of the dumpster. Also, be careful when tossing heavy debris, like bricks or concrete, to avoid dents.
