Great service, great people
We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. What do I need to know before reaching out to rent a dumpster?
We'll ask you for your project details so we can recommend the right size dumpster when you get in touch. It's also helpful to know where you would like the bin placed. This way, we can take detailed placement instructions for our drivers.
How do I pick a spot for my dumpster?
We recommend choosing a spot that is both easily accessible and close to your project site. Just make sure the area is clear of debris, like overhead wires, cars or basketball hoops to ensure smooth drop-off.
Is the street or driveway better for my dumpster?
You can place a dumpster in your driveway or on a street. You will not need a permit to place the bin on your property but will need one if you put it in a public right-of-way. Reach out to the city of De Soto for more information about obtaining a permit.
Why don’t landfills accept prohibited items?
Prohibited materials that are considered toxic, flammable or otherwise hazardous. Landfills don't accept these items for safety and environmental concerns so you can't toss them in our dumpsters.
How can I avoid overloading fees?
When you get your container, make sure you fill the dumpster by walking in heavier items through the swinging door first and making sure no debris is sticking over the top of the bin. Avoid overloading fees by getting the right size container and staying below the fill line.
